I would love to give this product 5 stars, since it works very well.

I have only had it for a few weeks, though, and only time will tell if this is a really well-made product that will make me happy for years.

Installation -- easy. :) I had a professional locksmith install the product. Unless you have the proper tools and a lot of patience I suggest leaving this to a professional. I paid $75 for installation.

Programming - Very easy! The instructions are a breeze. I only programmed one number, but I think you can program up to 6.

Battery life - Pretty good, I think. The 4 or so AA batteries have lasted for a few weeks so far.

Function - Works pretty well. Sometimes when I lock the door, though, I have to try two or three times. This is because the lock retracts if it's not EXACTLY lined up with the aperture on the other side of the door. This is a little annoying, but Okay.
