Seller fails to make clear on their website that a 2 inch thickness is required for installation so as not to have customers unnecessarily pay $7.75 shipping (and in my case $8.00 return shipping for a total of over $15.00 in shipping costs) just to learn that the product is not installable. They had the audacity to suggest that I should have emailed them photos of my door beforehand in order to avoid this problem. How about placing all the required specifications up front on the site.
