Cheap case - arrived cracked
The case is very cheaply made - it was cracked right out of the box. The extractors themselves are a little rough, but should do the job. Bought them specifically to remove a stuck seat on a single lever shower control, which is brass. Not sure how they would do on steel bolts. Not bad for the price, but not great.
