Purchased to replace double keyed lockset on garden entry security gate. Double-keyed lockset not available with Smartkey lock cores, so replaced lockset with double-keyed deadbolt. Deadbolt latch bolt didn't work on remote-controlled gate latch on
gate frame, needed spring-return lockset latch that would secure upon closing, and release when magnetic gate latch was activated. This latch provided from Kwikset to do exactly that - works great.
