This is a great product but they need to provide better and more clear installation instructions. While the installation is pretty straight forward if you have installed deadbolts before, it has a very quirky feature. If you tighten the two installation bolts to fairly firm then the lock often sticks when operated with the key after seeming to perform fine. This can get your locked out in a hurry with a lock that pretty much needs the door torn down to get past it. The trick as I was advised by the seller upon complaining is to back off the bolts slightly in my case about 1/4 turn and it works fine. They do not mention this in the instructions and do not give a torque recommendation. For a lock that costs this much this is a major oversight.
