I couldn't be happier with my new LockState remote controlled electronic deadbolt lock.

The lock arrived promptly and was quite easy to install. However, even after reading the instruction manual, I thought it was rather difficult to understand. When I pushed a button on the remote control, all the lock would do is "beep" 3 times at me. It turns out that this lock has "smarts" and must be "programmed" before it will work properly! So, I called the toll-free number in the manual and talked to one of the very knowledgeable, helpful and patient technical support representatives at LockState. Those guys REALLY know their stuff! In just a few minutes, one of them talked me through the "programming" process over the phone and VOILA!, the remote control and everything else worked perfectly!
