Im a locksmith and this is a great solution for most applications.
1 negative... I dont have access to the keyblanks to duplicate for my customers.
Remember it provides key access on the outside but this model has no handle to pull on.. They offer another product on CR Larence which has one.
1 note, this doesnt work on all doors.. It works best when your sliding door slides into the frame and the channel it slides into is about 1/8 thick. And you usually need 1/2 to 3/4 minimum of the frame exposed for mounting the strike. I have cut into the drywall to install the strike but takes some special tools/skills.
Overall good product because not many are out there.
