This is a quality product that fits all standard size doors. I purchased this lock to replace a 3 year old electronic deadbolt that no longer worked. The small motor that turned the deadbolt became to weak to open the deadbolt completely. This deadbolt does not have a motor to turn the deadbolt. You must enter the code (you may choose your own 4 digit number) and manually turn the knob to engage/disengage the deadbolt. Based on my research, it is always the motor that fails, so that problem is eliminated with this deadbolt.
I had one minor problem. It was missing a screw that holds the interior cover. I contacted Schlage directly for a replacement but even if they don't respond the screw can easily be purchased locally so it is no major deal.
