I received it and was pleased with its construction: heavy duty metal. No plastic as with the more expensive unit. The installation was quick. Ok. I didn't have to cut any holes. They were already there and matched the specifications of this lock. The instructions for programming could be more clear but I was able to get it working after a botched first attempt. I would purchase this unit again if I needed another similar lock.
