The lock is great, but the unexpected added charges were not.
This lock has been good so far. It was really easy to install and seems to do the trick. What I did not appreciate, however, was the added $40 service charge (on a $55 lock, after tax, S&H), which was not made known to me before the UPS delivery man was at my door. I would have sent the lock back, however, due to time constraints I had to accept the lock and just pay the service charge. I was very unimpressed.
