Directions are not correct

This is a nice entry door lever HOWEVER I needed to reverse the direction of the handle and that is where I ran into problems. The directions say to use the provided allen wrench and loosen the set screw. I looked everywhere and did not see a set screw. I also could not get the lock side lever off the stem by pressing in the detent. I spent hours googling it to see if I could figure it out and finally (just when I was going to the hassle to return item) I found a random person had posted instructions on how to change the handling on this lock. First the handle must be installed and the inside lock turned to 45 degrees. Then the detents can be pressed in and the levers will slide off the stems. Replace the levers on the opposite stems and voila. You do NOT need to use the provided wrench (I have no idea why it is there) and there is no set screw. The directions on this product need a rewrite. Hope this saves someone else from the frustration I experienced
